The firm gained well deserved reputation over the years, under the leadership of A.Mukherjee, Managing Partner, a former Corporate Legal Counsel, who championed and executed firm's smarter plans & now contribute to the firm's success in an advisory role and heads the advisory function of the firm, traces back to his family history and legacy while he fondly reminisced about his belonging to a family of Lawyers & Judges, for three generations and Legal Luminaries that made significant differences in the legal fraternity that include names of Late CHIEF JUSTICE SABYASACHI MUKHERJEE, Barrister, noted Jurist & 20th Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE OF SUPREME COURT OF INDIA (1989-1990). He had also previously served as acting CHIEF JUSTICE OF CALCUTTA HIGH COURT and Late CHIEF JUSTICE PRASANTA BIHARI MUKHERJEE, Barrister, who held Tagore Law Professorship at Calcutta University and became 16th Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE OF CALCUTTA HIGH COURT (1970-1972 ), leaving a trail of glory and pleasant remembrance.
